Cancel your subscription

On this page you cancel a paid Studim.ai plan (Lecturer, Professor or Dean) without signing in. The free plan does not need to be cancelled: you end it by deleting your account in Settings.

How the cancellation works

• The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the earliest possible date). Until then your plan stays active, afterwards your account switches to the Free plan. Saved lectures are kept.
• No further charges follow. There is no refund for the remaining term; for the voluntary 14-day refund on the first purchase please read the withdrawal policy.
• If you are signed in, the Lemon Squeezy customer portal is the fastest way: you cancel there with two clicks and see the end date right away.
• Without signing in, use the form below. We match your request to the email address of your Google account and cancel the plan at the end of the billing period.
• If you want to cancel at a different date, or terminate for cause, please say so in the message field.

What you receive after sending

You see a confirmation on this page right away with a reference number and the date and time of receipt. Please keep the reference number. The link on the confirmation screen also sends us the cancellation by email, so you keep a copy in your mailbox. A confirmation of receipt by email from us follows once our email sending is set up.
